Bodegas TIHOM is a boutique, family-driven winery based in Haro, in the heart of Rioja Alta. Rooted in a deep respect for vineyard, land, and people, TIHOM focuses on crafting limited-production wines that express altitude, origin, and authenticity.

The project is led by winemaker Jorge Muga, whose experience combines tradition and a contemporary vision of Rioja. TIHOM works primarily with old-vine and high-altitude parcels, giving special attention to native and less common varieties such as Mazuelo, Graciano, Maturana Blanca, and Garnacha, alongside Tempranillo.

Winemaking at TIHOM is precise and restrained: careful vineyard work, balanced use of oak, and extended ageing on lees in materials such as concrete and selected barrels, always prioritizing freshness, texture, and terroir expression over intervention.

TIHOM is more than a winery—it is a personal project that connects landscape, craftsmanship, and emotion, producing wines with identity, elegance, and a strong sense of place: Haro, Rioja, Spain.
