Maria Pasquariello is the founder and owner of Terre di Maria. Together with her husband and children, she created a family agricultural enterprise with the goal of making the fruits of her land accessible to everyone, land that has always been fertile and cultivated with organic methods, in full respect of nature.

Terre di Maria was founded in Orta Nova, in the province of Foggia, at the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie, an area naturally suited to high-quality viticulture thanks to its sunny, windy climate. Our land is a true jewel for the cultivation of fine grapes and beyond. Formed from the dissolution of marine rocks, it is rich in potassium and minerals that make it incredibly fertile. Moreover, our predominantly clay soils retain the right amount of humidity without creating waterlogging. Medium-textured, deep, and wellstructured, they provide not only a suitable but an ideal environment for producing outstanding fine wines.

We cultivate our land with the utmost care, in full respect of organic farming, to preserve the vines and allow them to fully express their  potential. From precise pruning to determine specific yields, to natural cover cropping during winter to enrich the soil, to controlled drip irrigation, our meticulous care for the vines is reflected in our products.

Each product is born from shared work, carried out every day with dedication and care. Wine, oil, and pasta tell not only the story of the quality of the raw materials, but also the commitment of a family that has chosen to grow together, deeply rooted in their land.

The company’s logo embodies our vision: a female face that represents Maria, but also Mother Earth, a symbol of generative strength and nourishment. The roots and leaves of the olive tree recall where it all began: with oil, the first product of Terre di Maria, emblem of life and  continuity.

Cataldo and Carmen, Maria’s children, run the estate with the goal of bringing the most authentic taste of Puglia to the world, through genuine, authentic, and refined products.

Maria Pasquariello est la fondatrice et propriétaire de Terre di Maria. Avec son mari et ses enfants, elle a créé une exploitation agricole familiale avec l'ambition de rendre accessibles à tous les fruits de sa terre, une terre fertile cultivée selon des méthodes biologiques, dans le plus grand respect de la nature.

Terre di Maria a été fondée à Orta Nova, dans la province de Foggia, au cœur du Tavoliere delle Puglie, une région naturellement propice à la viticulture de haute qualité grâce à son climat ensoleillé et venteux. Notre terre est un véritable joyau pour la culture de la vigne et bien plus encore. Issue de la dissolution de roches marines, elle est riche en potassium et en minéraux, ce qui la rend incroyablement fertile. De plus, nos sols, majoritairement argileux, conservent le juste niveau d'humidité sans s'engorger. De texture moyenne, profonds et bien structurés, ils offrent un environnement non seulement adapté, mais idéal pour la production de vins fins d'exception.

Nous cultivons notre terre avec le plus grand soin, dans le respect total de l'agriculture biologique, afin de préserver les vignes et de leur permettre d'exprimer pleinement leur potentiel. De la taille précise pour déterminer les rendements spécifiques, à la culture de couverture naturelle en hiver pour enrichir le sol, en passant par l'irrigation goutte à goutte contrôlée, notre soin méticuleux apporté à la vigne se reflète dans nos produits.

Chaque produit est le fruit d'un travail collectif, réalisé au quotidien avec dévouement et attention. Vin, huile et pâtes témoignent non seulement de la qualité des matières premières, mais aussi de l'engagement d'une famille qui a choisi de grandir ensemble, profondément enracinée dans sa terre.

Le logo de l'entreprise incarne notre vision : un visage féminin qui représente Maria, mais aussi la Terre Mère, symbole de force créatrice et de générosité. Les racines et les feuilles de l'olivier rappellent les origines : l'huile, premier produit de Terre di Maria, emblème de vie et de continuité.
