Tenuta Roveglia is located in the heart of the Lugana production area, an area heralded for the quality of its wines since the Roman poet Catullus. This is a small area (only about 7 km across) located between Lake Garda and hills of glacial origin. Uniqueness arises from a clayey-calcareous soil rich in mineral salts, the native Turbiana vine which perfectly expresses the territory, and a microclimate characterized by thermal excursions that have a decisive influence on aromas and bouquet. These elements are expressed in our Lugana which stands out for its minerality and sapidity.

Now in the fourth generation with the sisters Sara, Vanessa and Babettli, Tenuta Roveglia, as before, looks to the future without forgetting the past. The oldest walls of the Roveglia Estate date back to 1404. Here we find the barrel cellar where wine was once made and which is now the site of a unique oenological archive. The most modern part was completed in 2017 with a new underground cellar and bottling line.
