Tenuta di Sesta is a family-run winery located in the southern part of the Montalcino Territory, Tuscany. The property has belonged to Ciacci family since 1850, and the first bottles of Brunello were produced in 1966 when there were only twelve local bottlers. For the Ciacci family, traditional ageing in big oak barrels and renewed vineyard management are regarded as the best strategy to obtain wines that best express the territory of Montalcino.
