Santus – Maria Luisa Santus Azienda Agricola is a family-run winery founded in 1995 by two agronomists. Spread across roughly 10 hectares farmed organically, the estate is dedicated exclusively to producing Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wines. Its annual production of about 85,000 bottles is divided among six labels — Brut, Satèn, Rosé Zero, Dosaggio Zero, Rarità Reserve and Essenza — each expressing minerality, structure, complexity and a distinctive sense of place. The Santus philosophy focuses on preserving biodiversity, respecting the natural balance of the vineyards and enhancing the subtle nuances of the terroir through sustainable, organic farming.
