I am Nika, the six generation of winemakers under the brand Santomas from Slovenian Istria. 

We are a family winery with 25ha of vineyards and 7ha of olives trees. Beside the wine cellar we also have an oil mill where we produce organic olive oil. We work with the local varieties refosco and malvasia, and also international ones, like cabernet sauvignon, syrah and merlot. In the wine cellar we go with history of premium quality and modern technologies like lowing the sulphur, spontanius fermentations etc.

We are proud of the work in the vineyards and winecellar as we got the Parkers scores all above 90 and Jeb Dunnuck scored our Grande Cuvee vintage 2015 with 95 points, which is currently the highest score in Slovenia.
