Quinta Seara d’Ordens belongs to the same Family since 1792. During the last century the current Estate was divided trought several Family members. Was one member of the Family – João Leite Moreira – that has bought several land parcels and has became the owner of all the property during the 70’s decade.

During the 80’s decade he challenged his 3 sons to develop even more the wine business. Was in 1988 that his sons – António, José and Fernando – have established the brand Quinta Seara d’Ordens. During 1992 they have launched his first Douro DOC wines and was in 1996 their first Port wines.

Currently we can ensure the business continuity as the 6th generation – 5 sons of the three brothers are already working on the Family project.

The Estate has 60Ha of vineyards located in Baixo Corgo and has a altitude that goes from 360 meters up to almost 600 meters. with several sun exposures that are suitable for the production of grapes for high quality white, rosé, red and Porto wines. We are autonomous throughout the entire process, from grape production to wines that are properly packaged and approved for the respective markets.

At the moment we are selling our wines for almost 20 countries (small markets).
