POLVANERA WINERY is actually a leading Company in the production of organic grapes in the DOC Primitivo Gioia del Colle area.

Since 2002 we have produced high quality organic wines, with some particular gems like Verdeca Orange wine (limited edition) and a special Primitivo without added sulphites.

The masterpiece and “hero” wine is indeed the Primitivo DOC Gioia del Colle, a complex ad very interesting wine, with a great body, an amazing balsamic and mineral hint and the typical gorgeous red forest fruits flavours.

No oak is used to refine our wines, another interesting point for you to discover and taste!

Most of Polvanera wines have been awarded with the most well-known prizes, as the Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso and 5 Grappoli Bibenda, just to mention some.
