Poderi Colla is an Italian family-owned winery based in Piedmont specialising in Barolo and Barbaresco. Our vineyards are located in the Langhe region to the south of Tanaro river. Our estates are in three great wine-growing areas, all capable of producing great wines with unique and typical personalities: Cascine Drago in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio di Alba, Tenuta Roncaglia in Barbaresco and Dardi Le Rose in Bussia di Monforte d’Alba. In addition, in late 2016 we added Bricco Bompè in Madonna di Como di Alba. We have always had single grape varieties in each vineyard, where we thought it was the best place for it. We only make wine from the best, so we only produce one single vineyard label out of each vineyard. We do not want labels or certificates, we do not want to follow fashions or trends. We want wines that everyone can understand and appreciate. Wine is about including, sharing and gathering. What’s more, a good wine is easy for anyone to taste and it only makes people talk about it once the bottle is gone.
