Domaine Pardon & Fils, owner of vineyards in the Beaujolais region, has been passed down from father to son since 1820. The passion for the vine and wine is transmitted with always the same high standards and the same respect for the terroir to guarantee authentic quality wines. Located in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyard in Beaujeu, the PARDON family produces and matures the 10 Crus du Beaujolais. Pardon & Fils produces traditional, authentic and typical wines in each of our appellations. We also select wines from other regions: Burgundy, Rhône Valley and other French wines that we export to more than 13 countries on 5 continents.

Pinot Noir accounts for 90% of the grape varieties found on the Domain. It is one of the foundations of the House's identity. Noted for its finesse and its fruity, it produces wines gifted with great elegance, structure, length and power.
Chardonnay, although in the minority on the Domain, is also very important. It is both precious and useful for the blending of Georges Vesselle Champagnes, it gives freshness, elegance and liveliness to our wines.
