Palmento Costanzo is located on Northern slopes of Mount Etna, in Contrada Santo Spirito, Passopisciaro, in one of the DOC area.
Here, Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Catarratto, have always been grown.
Eighteen hectares of land, between six hundreds and eight hundreds meters above sea level, on the typical terraces supported by dry walls in volcanic stones.
About fifty thousands vines trained in the ancient chestnut bush system, of age ranging from one year to one century.
Exclusive manual viticulture following the principles of organic agriculture.
The cellar - locally known as palmento – is back to life after a careful and innovative architectural project designed to safeguard the Etna landscape and to reproduce as much as possible the traditional production process
