The mission of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation is to promote the world-class image of New York grapes and wines from our diverse regions to responsibly benefit farmers, producers and consumers through innovative marketing, research, communication, and advocacy.
Founded in 2023 by winemaking couple Kelby James Russell and Julia Rose Hoyle, Apollo’s Praise is a winery committed to expressing the world class, and artistic, nature of Finger Lakes wines. Based primarily around fruit from their Lahoma Vineyard site on Southwest Seneca Lake, the portfolio stretches from powerful, dry Rieslings to Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Cabernet Franc, and surprises yet to come. Weaving in their love for music, art, and their home region, Apollo’s Praise is a winery for wine lovers.
Located on the western shore of Cayuga Lake in New York's Finger Lakes Region, Buttonwood Grove Winery produces small-batch award winning wines on our family's farm. From our sustainably certified estate vineyards, we produce a wide variety of old-world style wines, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each vintage is carefully crafted to reflect the unique terroir found in the glacial soil of our area.
At Six Eighty Cellars, we believe the past creates our future. By combining ancient-style amphorae vessels with modern techniques, Six Eighty Cellars stands out with a depth and character rarely found elsewhere in the Finger Lakes. Established in 2020, our winery sits 680 feet from the bottom of Cayuga Lake and produces small-batch wines in unexpected styles. As a certified sustainable winery, we prioritize the environment with our minimal intervention approach and sustainable farming practices, ensuring the purest expression of the grapes and the vitality of our vineyards and earth. An emphasis on estate-grown varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, along with lesser-known grapes such as Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Meunier, sets us apart from neighboring vineyards and allows our creative instincts to unfold.
Hosmer Winery, a fourth generation family farm, is located on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. With grapevine plantings dating back to the 1970s - and early experiments with plantings of classic Vinifera - owners Cameron and Maren Hosmer established their estate winery in 1985 on the principle that great wine starts in the vineyard. To this day our wine portfolio reflects, and celebrates, only what is grown on our 70 acres: An ever-increasing set of Rieslings, Chardonnays, and Cabernet Francs, but also a selection of the French-American hybrid varieties that were the lifeblood of an early Finger Lakes vineyard.
Mazza Chautauqua Cellars celebrates the agricultural aspect of winemaking, with wines that are expertly crafted to showcase the terroir, climate, and even viticultural expertise from whence they came. The Lake Erie AVA region’s terroir so closely resembles the terroir and growing conditions of Old World wine regions that there are as many European varietals as native vines that thrive in the local soil.

Ria’s Wines is a winery, vineyard, and tasting room located in Hector, NY, in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, directly on Seneca Lake. Founded in 2022 by wife and husband duo, Ria D’Aversa and Michael Penn, Ria’s Wines highlights the incredible, rich terroir of the Finger Lakes while offering a world class hospitality experience. Ria’s is dedicated to cool climate farming, crafting wines that reflect the Finger Lakes’ rich agricultural legacy. Many of the vines on our property are over forty years old, including varieties like Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Chardonnay, Vignoles, Merlot. Nestled just 1,000 feet from the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake, the largest and deepest of the Finger Lakes, our vineyard thrives in glacially tilled soils formed atop an ancient shale bed. The vines grow on a gentle slope in the northern part of the region, often referred to as the ‘banana belt’ for its favorable climate. Our vineyard is farmed with regenerative practices with the aim to be certified by 2028. We take a subtle, thoughtful approach to winemaking. Our white wines undergo extended skin soaks during pressing, enhancing their texture and minerality. For our reds, we foot tread the grapes, and allow fermentation to start naturally. We refrain from additives or adjustments, letting the wine speak for itself. At Ria’s, we aim for transparency in every bottle, letting the unique terroir of our vineyard shine through.
