Since 1985, in the heart of the Loire Valley in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Laurent MABILEAU has taken over the family property, which had been producing wine for several generations from a Cabernet Franc grape variety called "Breton".
His work, his devotion, his requirement, his enthusiasm, reflect a great turning point in the history of the House MABILEAU.
In this perspective, in 1996, innovative and respectful installations of the traditions, allowed the inauguration of the wine storehouse and more recently, in 2016, the acquisition of the Château le Moulin Neuf, unique wine-producing Château on the appellation "Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil".
In 2012, his son Antoine joined Maison MABILEAU. He brings his innovative ideas, a breath of youth and dynamism. With an open mind and an equal passion for the world of wine, he is constantly searching for excellence. Endowed with a strong conviction, he extends his culture from the Loire Valley to the Bordeaux region by taking over the management of Château Moulin Bellegrave in Saint-Emilion. This new 18-hectare property produces a Saint-Emilion Grand-Cru, in a region also recognized by UNESCO.
A very family spirit reigns in the management of these two properties. Laurent and Antoine complement each other by their work, their experience, but also by the diversity of their production. Their action is respectful of the natural balance, with a strong implication in the preservation of the richness of the soils, but also in the care brought most often by hand, to the vines and the land they cultivate.
Strong of the past and resolutely turned towards the future, Laurent and Antoine propose their wines through the MAISON MABILEAU which radiates today with a team at your disposal to answer by the excellence, the requirements of its customers.
