It's in the 60's and 70's that our family grew and developed by piercing together the multiples plots own by ots members. Today, Gilles Crochet, Lucien's son, is at the head of the company and also the oenologist. We're actually converting our 35 hectars of vines to organic and if we are maintaining a small trading business, it's only by buying an additionnal volume of grapes from a winegrower in the neighbourhood, harvested by hand as our crop. Our wine production is composed of sancerre white, red and rosé, 70% destined to export sales, the remaining 30% dispatched to the national horeca sector, retailers and private customers.
