For more than 350 years we as the Zenzen family and the wine estate Kloster Ebernach (Monastery Ebernach) pay tribute to winemaking in the Mosel valley in the areas around Cochem. With difficult manual labour we ensure that the steep slopes famous for the Mosel river remain cultivated. Out of this we mostly produce Riesling in all it’s finesse and elegance with a noticeable minerality, typical for the Mosel. Our wines range from dry to sweet.
