The low-energy building brings the philosophies of practicality and environmental sustainability together in the most innovative of ways. The finest sites of the Cantina BOZEN are as varied as the land itself: 340 hectares of the best Bozen vineyards are located at 200 to 1,000 metres above sea level. 224 members of the cooperative, brought here by our devotion and passion for wine.
