Born in the heart of Copenhagen, København Kombucha was founded with a simple mission: to craft a non-alcoholic drink as complex and elegant as a sparkling wine. Inspired by Nordic nature, we blend minimal organic ingredients with slow, precise fermentation. Each bottle reflects our deep respect for the process—no shortcuts, no artificial flavors, just pure harmony between nature and craft. What began as a small experiment among friends has grown into a celebration of mindful drinking. København Kombucha is more than a beverage—it’s a taste of the North, bottled for those who savor nuance over noise.

All Sparkling Teas / Coffee have in common that
• they are only made from regional, natural Central European ingredients and not from Asian sub-stances, as is the case with all other market suppliers i.e., a low CO2-Footprint;
• apart from pasteurisation, ascorbic acid, and sulphur, no preservatives or chemical toxins à la Velcorin are used i.e., it could hardly be more natural;
• the sugar content is deliberately low at around 30-40 g/litre. The sugar comes exclusively from the ingredients, in particular the direct juice i.e., it appeals to health and calorie-conscious consumers in particular.
As of today, it is the only non-alcoholic wine alternative on the market that is made exclusively from regional ingredients (plants and fruits) that also grow in Central Europe. So no lemons, no Asian tea etc.
