Vicari is a historical family in Morro D’Alba village, connected to viticulture since many centuries.
The Vicari farm is a small family company owned and run by Nazzareno and his two children Vico and Valentina, located in Morro D’Alba.
Marotti Campi Estate was founded in 1.860 as a farm with 120 hectares of land and the first vineyard planted in 1886 by our ancestor Cesare Marotti. The winery is now owned and conducted by Giovanni, Francesca and Lorenzo Marotti Campi. We currently own 56 hectares of vineyards in Morro d’Alba on the hills facing the Adriatic sea in the heart of Le Marche Region. We mainly grow Verdicchio and Lacrima grapes, the most representative indigenous varietals of the area. The modern winery was built in 1.999 with total capacity 8.000 Hl. We currently produce 300.000 bottles under the brand Marotti Campi. Philosophy: our wines are 100% made from estate grown grapes to guarantee a truthful expression of this terroir. The style of our wines is aimed to show the real character of these unique indigenous varietals more than to “chase the fashion of the moment”. Viticolture and vinification: being the owners of the land that we farm and knowing that we will pass it to our sons makes us more conscious about the environment, we try to minimize environmental impacts and to ensure economic viability and a safe, healthy workplace. We do not have irrigation and we protect soil from water run-off, our winery runs 100% on solar power and we minimize the use of synthetic agricultural chemicals. Growing old indigenous grapes, especially the Lacrima is extremely challenging, it requires skill and knowledge and experimentation but we are lucky to have a team of experts who have been working with us for two or three generations. High-tech, low-intervention winemaking prevails because we want our wines to be a clean expression of the grapes and to be capable to improve after long ageing. We see tradition and innovation as the two faces of the same medal.

Sartarelli is a family run company in the Marche region, founded in 1972 by our grandparents Ferruccio and Matilde. Since the very beginning, Sartarelli has been focusing on growing and cultivating only Verdicchio, one of the most ancient vine varieties of Italy. In 1976 Patrizio started to follow his father-in-law Ferruccio’s footsteps and later continued to share this dream with his wife Donatella (Ferruccio’s daughter). The same passion, same values, same philosophhttps://www.sartarelli.it/en/products/y, respect of the past and our traditions with a look into the future, 50 hectares of vineyards, 6 hectares of olive trees with 2300 olive trees, these are some key elements of Sartarelli today. One single variety, 100% Verdicchio, with the same wine making process, stainless steel tanks only, six typical yet very different to each other. Our wines can differ so much one from the other thanks to several smaller vineyards with different exposures to the sun, different soils, own vines selected from 32 clones, different microclimate conditions and also different ripening and harvesting times for the grapes; all these factors have made the Sartarelli wines become so remarkable and special. Chemical Free Wines: All our wines are chemical free, i.e. we don’t use any chemicals in the vineyards, we rather use this process called Sartarelli.ZERO (chemical free vineyards). Among the Sartarelli wines the most well-known is Balciana, White Wine Trophy in 1999 and Italian White Wine Trophy in 2021. Love, respect, care, tradition, future are the key words of Sartarelli.
