Co-exhibitor of MAISON GINESTET
The Groupe Taillan (turnover of €210 million, 350 employees) was founded by Jacques Merlaut in 1961 and operates on every continent. It is now run by his son Denis Merlaut and his children, who represent the third generation involved in the group.

With an international reputation and considered an expert in fine wines, the Taillan Group owns 18 estates and châteaux (covering more than 600 hectares) in Bordeaux, the Loire Valley and Cahors.
Among the most famous are Gruaud Larose (2nd cru classé), Château Citran (cru bourgeois) and Château Broustet (2nd cru classé).

With large production capacities combining family know-how and high technology, the group markets around 40 million bottles per year.
International:
The products have been exported to more than 70 countries for 60 years.
In order to be as close as possible to our customers, the group has had sales offices in Tokyo, Dallas, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Shanghai for many years.
