Goldfinch Whisky Merchants is an award-winning independent Scottish whisky bottler and blender. We specialise in sourcing whisky from Scotland’s finest distilleries releasing Single Cask, Small Batch, and volume ranges. We offer bespoke product creation of fine and rare single casks to containers of blended Scotch.

Volume range – Stormbound and Highland King or white label brand solutions for volume orders of blended scotch, blended malt, and single malt. This category would suit large retailers, supermarkets, and distributors.

Classic Scotch -The Goldfinch Bodega and the GWM Monogram are award winning single malts bottled from the finest casks at cask strength, natural in colour, covering all regions and ages.

Boutique – within this category we can include fine and rare casks for private bottlings such as Macallan, Dalmore, Bowmore as examples. We also offer PALOMA, single casks of single malt matured in ex-Palo Cortado sherry casks. Featuring artwork titled ‘La Paloma’, held in a beautiful decanter bottle.

Exploration – The Goldfinch Explorer series showcases single malt matured in an array of single casks. We hand select barrels that once held Sauternes, Tawny Port Pipes, Marsala, Fino, Chateau Lafite/Latour, sweet white wines from Germany and sherries such as Pedro Ximenez and Amontillado to enhance the character of scotch.

Bulk Spirit – we offer IBC’s or tankers of spirit for export.
