Converting the estate to organic farming was therefore a logical step for them. Since the 2015 vintage, all wines have carried the organic label.

Fifty hectares is an exclusive size, deliberately designed not to serve the global market, but to supply wine lovers around the world with limited quantities. Harmony and finesse are top priorities in the vinification of the wines, yet they are always characterized by vitality and great drinkability. This applies to both the white wines and the powerful reds, which are distinguished by balanced fruit, the characteristic spice of Mittelburgenland, and a lively acid structure.

Typical of the Mittelburgenland region, the focus is on the Blaufränkisch grape variety. The strong clay soils give it its juicy vibrancy, making it light-footed and inviting to drink. Blaufränkisch shows its full potential with age, revealing dark berry fruit and fine herbal spice, complemented by a soft tannin structure.

La conversion du domaine à l’agriculture biologique s’est donc imposée comme une conséquence logique. Depuis le millésime 2015, tous les vins portent le label biologique.

Avec 50 hectares, le domaine présente une taille exclusive, volontairement pensée non pas pour le marché mondial, mais pour approvisionner des amateurs de vin du monde entier en quantités limitées. L’harmonie et la finesse sont les priorités absolues lors de la vinification, tout en conservant toujours vivacité et grande buvabilité. Cela vaut aussi bien pour les vins blancs que pour les rouges puissants, qui se distinguent par un fruit équilibré, une épice typique du Mittelburgenland et une structure acide vive.

Typique de la région du Mittelburgenland, l’accent est mis sur le cépage Blaufränkisch. Les sols argileux profonds lui confèrent une vivacité juteuse qui le rend léger et très agréable à boire. Le Blaufränkisch révèle tout son potentiel avec le temps, développant des arômes de fruits noirs, une fine touche herbacée et une structure tannique souple.
