The Champagnes FROMENT GRIFFON  is a family history and a love story - love of the soil, love of the wine, love of bubbles - at least for 4 generations.

The family estate, which we took over about twenty years ago, is located in Sermiers, village of the Montagne de Reims, one of the last villages of the Champagne area to be classified as 1er Cru.

Our vineyard (7,4 Ha) has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) for several years, and we use alternative methods on part of it.

After a slow maturation in our cellars (up to more than 10 years), we produce authentic champagnes, with a beautiful singular frame, where Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay express themselves and complement each other fully.
