Ferrer Wines is a family-owned wine group with more than 400 years of history. Its origins date back to 1616, when the Ferrer family began cultivating vines in Sant Quintí de Mediona (Catalonia). In 2018, Pedro Ferrer Noguer, President of the group and a member of the sixth generation, founded Ferrer Wines as an expression of his roots and a personal vision of wine based on respect for the land, tradition and excellence. Today, the group brings together seven estate wineries—six in Spain and one in Argentina—across some of the most distinctive wine regions:
- Can Sala (D.O. Cava de Paraje Calificado – Sant Quintí de Mediona, Penedès)
A historic estate producing long-aged Cava de Paraje through an entirely manual process, guided by a philosophy of minimum intervention and deep respect for time and origin, and recognised by Spanish and international wine critics.
- Cavas Hill (D.O. Cava – Moja, Vilafranca del Penedès)
A fresh and contemporary expression of Cava, created to be enjoyed in everyday moments, inspired by Barcelona’s blue spirit, modernism and vibrant urban lifestyle.
- La Freixeneda (Sant Joan de Mediona, Penedès)
The historic heart of the group, where a tribute wine is crafted in honour of the family patriarch, José Ferrer, bearing his name and reflecting the legacy and values passed down through generations.
- Orube (D.O.Ca. Rioja – Laguardia, Rioja Alavesa)
A winery focused on expressive, terroir-driven wines, located in Laguardia at the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria, where landscape, climate and tradition shape wines of balance and character.
- Valdubón (D.O. Ribera del Duero & D.O. Rueda – Milagros, Burgos)
Known for powerful yet elegant wines, Valdubón also develops a selection of author wines that highlight the unique characteristics of each terroir.
- Vionta (D.O. Rías Baixas & D.O. Monterrei – Meaño, Galicia)
A specialist in Atlantic wines, with Vionta Albariño Sobre Lías awarded Best Albariño in Spain on two occasions, standing out for its freshness, precision and aromatic intensity.
- Finca Ferrer (Uco Valley – Mendoza, Argentina)
The group’s Argentine project, producing high-altitude wines such as the 1310 Collection, where elegance, altitude and Andean identity define each wine.
In addition, Ferrer Wines offers distinctive brands such as Conde de Caralt, Rigol, Solar Viejo and Castell Ordal, along with a carefully curated selection of wines from renowned appellations including Priorat, Montsant, Valencia and Tierra de Castilla.
The perfect wine for every occasion.
