Duca di Dolle estate is located in the small village of Rolle, right at the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG production area. 25 hectares surrounded by 75 hectares of pure nature, woods and lakes, with the beautiful Relais located in the highest panoramic point.

It is all about "Rive": every vineyard is so steep that every production phase has to be conducted by hand, harvesting included. The results are wines of the highest quality and character, not your "usual" Prosecco. We also produce Pinot Noir in the same vineyards.

All the grapes are our own, we have no external suppliers and all the activities, from pruning to harvesting, are carried out by hand with a lower yield per square meter than that required by the specifications. Our mission is to be excellent grape growers for wines of the highest quality.

The property comprehends a small hectar of Cartizze, located near Santo Stefano.

Wine catalogue consists in EXD (Extra Dry), BRT (Brut) and NINO (Frizzante Col Fondo). XBRT Vintage is a special "Rive" Prosecco produced with our oldest plants (more than 70 years old), vinified separately and bottled with very low amount of sugar (around 3 g/l) in Extra Brut version.

Othe products are BRT Nature (fermentation in bottle), ROSE' (100% Pinot Noir grapes) and the selection of Experience in big formats.

In conclusion the two gems are DDD (Cartizze Extra Dry) and ZERO (Cartizze Extra Brut), one of the most extraordinary Cartizze with zero residual sugar.

At the moment we produce around 250.000 bottles, designed especially for restaurants and Horeca distributors. Not present in mass market.
