Co-exhibitor of Consorzio Vino Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco
The Drusian Winery is located in the heart of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. The family has been growing Glera grapes on these steep slopes since the end of the Nineteenth Century. In 1988 Francesco Drusian took the reins of the company: since then, he has strived every day to enhance the value of his land and his wines. With deep passion and dedication, he creates distinctive Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG sparkling wines, appreciated for their elegant and contemporary taste. Today Drusian owns 80 hectares of hillside vineyards. Here every single activity must be performed manually. It requires up to 600-800 hours of work a year per hectare, compared to about 95 hours on level ground. Drusian has been committed to environmental sustainability for a long time. We use green practices in the vines and we observe strict quality controls through every step of production, from the vine to the bottle. Starting from the 2022 harvest, Drusian's grapes are certified by the National Integrated Production Quality System (SQNPI).
