DOSIO is a contemporary artisanal boutique winery located in the heart of Langhe, La Morra, within the prestigious Serradenari cru, the highest in the entire Barolo denomination. The soul of the winery has always been rooted in two historic sites, Serradenari and Fossati, both of which are among the most renowned single cru in the area.

DOSIO's agronomic vision and winemaking philosophy are clear and precise: high-altitude vineyards cultivated in an organic and sustainable manner, vinification of all our Barolo and Barbera d’Alba Superiore in large and non-toasted wooden vats with manual submerged cap. Our goal in Dosio is to highlight the uniqueness of each cru and each parcel.

Production is around 80000 bottles per year and the distinctive features of our wines are elegance and harmony, characterized by:
