    Since 1998, Donatella has been leading a visionary path, revolutionizing the approach to winemaking, a symbol of empowerment and innovation in the industry, thus giving birth to the first all-female winery in Italy.

With deep roots in the history of Montalcino from 1492 , the winery boasts two distinctive estates: Casato Prime Donne and Fattoria del Colle.

Since 2025, Donatella Cinelli Colombini's wineries have obtained Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022). This recognition testifies to her ongoing commitment to promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and talent development, making her a role model in the wine world for corporate social responsibility.

Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino, with 16 hectares of vineyards, is where iconic wines like Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Brunello Riserva, and Rosso di Montalcino are crafted. The estate is also home to two extraordinary creations like Brunello di Montalcino Progetto Prime Donne, the first wine in the world selected by an all-female panel, representing a unique and refined vision of Tuscan tradition and Brunello IOsonoDONATELLA, a prestigious limited-edition wine, the epitome of elegance and the winery’s personality, produced only in exceptional vintages.

Fattoria del Colle, nestled in the countryside of Val d’Orcia and Chianti, spans 18 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and a truffle reserve. It also features an agritourism facility offering authentic wine tourism experiences.
    This estate is home to unique wines such as: Cenerentola Orcia DOC, a blend of Sangiovese and Foglia Tonda, a rare native grape revived and enhanced by Donatella Cinelli Colombini, Chianti Superiore DOCG,Il Drago e le 8 Colombe, a combination of Sangiovese, Sagrantino, and Merlot and Leone Rosso Orcia DOC, a harmonious expression of the estate's terroir.
