The VINCENTI Estate is a family-owned polycultural farm located in Poggio-d’Oletta, Corsica, at the heart of the Grand Site de France of the Conca d’Oru – Patrimoniu Vineyard – Gulf of Saint-Florent. Founded in 2011, the estate currently cultivates approximately 20 hectares of vineyards, 8 hectares of olive trees, and 4 hectares of chestnut trees, all farmed organically. Expansion is planned for the coming years. All crops are new plantations, as we have worked to replant a historically agricultural valley (vineyards, olive trees, chestnut trees) whose activity was gradually abandoned from the 1950s until we established the estate in the 2010s.

In addition to its agricultural activity, the estate has begun producing premium spirits from its winemaking by-products (grape pomace, lees) starting with the 2024 vintage.

The estate’s agroecological approach is truly unique. We valorize all our winemaking by-products into wine-based eaux-de-vie and neutral alcohol (distilled on-site at the estate), which are then reused to craft our gins and pastis. Subsequently, the de-alcoholized by-products are incorporated into our compost, made up of shredded vine prunings and olive tree branches from annual pruning. At the end of this cycle, the compost is used to fertilize our crops.

The estate offers a diverse range of wines, from fruity and supple cuvées under AOP Patrimonio and IGP Île de Beauté to ultra-premium cuvées crafted from distinctive terroirs (clay-limestone, schist, steep slate slopes) and aged in barrels for a minimum of 12 months.

The estate’s inaugural vintage, 2022, received critical acclaim across its wines:

• 92/100 for our Frescu 2022 in the Revue du Vin de France 2024

• 93/100 for our A Capra Sorda Rouge 2022 in the Bettane & Desseauve 2025 Guide, earning the estate 2* as a new entrant in the guide

• 16.5/20 for our A Capra Sorda Blanc 2022 in the Vinum magazine

• 9th place out of 300 wines at the 2023 International Vermentino Competition for A Capra Sorda Blanc 2022

• A Capra Sorda Blanc and Rouge 2022 were selected among the best wines of Patrimonio in the special issue of Cuisine et Vins de France.
