Who are we? We are two friends: Romain Torredemer (32 years old) and Thomas Mangin (28 years old), both initiated into the world of vineyards by our grandfathers. In 2022, we merged our vineyard operations to launch Domaine Torredemer-Mangin, located in Vingrau (Northern Catalonia, also known as Roussillon). - Approximate vineyard surface: 40 hectares, all in Vingrau. - Partial soil cultivation using our draft horse "Papillon." - Organic farming practices. - For our inaugural vintage in 2022, we bottled approximately 40,000 bottles, including a quarter of orange wine. Wine profiles: We aim to produce wines that are smooth and elegant, with persistent aromas that are not overpowering and possess a beautiful acidity, reflecting the clay-limestone terroir of Vingrau. Vision: Our goal is to become an exceptional winery that represents the limestone terroir of Vingrau, contributing to the recognition and uniqueness of our village and its terroir.
