The CIVR is mainly a wine promotion organization in AOP & IGP du Roussillon, which also has as missions everything that promotes the development of the markets (economic monitoring of these, panels, stocks, contracts, exits of warehouses, etc.) and the quality of the wines of Roussillon (research and technical development, both in viticulture and oenology, and monitoring of quality via a Quality Downstream Monitoring both in France and abroad).
Aïchoux Estate is located in Sournia, in the Roussillon area of the Pyrénées-Orientales, Southern France.
Our 8-hectare vineyard lies at 800 meters above sea level, producing wines of altitude with freshness and character.
The estate is part of an ESAT (a social and inclusive workplace), giving a strong human and community dimension to our work.
We farm organically and are in conversion to biodynamics, following a natural approach that respects both the soil and the vine.
Our schist and granite soils bring vibrant acidity, minerality, and a distinct mountain identity to our wines.
Each cuvée reflects our commitment to authenticity and balance — honest wines born from altitude and passion.
It is in the center of Canet-en-Roussillon that our family carries on a five generations old wine tradition. Today, two generations -Michel the father and Marc the son- do their best to work the 70 hectares of vines on the estate.
The cellar is located in the heart of Canet village and is sheltered in a splendid structure from 1863 -one of the oldest buildings of the village. This building known as the Cellar of the Hospices is characterized by its architecture and its reed period ceiling. It belonged to the Hospital of Perpignan for many years -hence its name. This cellar, full of charm, marries beautifully the new technology of our wine cellar in a perfectly preserved period structure.
Situated on the terraces of the river Têt nearby the sea and the Catalan coastline, this vineyard associates both the Mediterranean climate and the very stony clay-limestone soils, giving our wines a strong typicality. The sea entries cool the vine and offer it a precious humidity. This orientation creates an exceptional microclimate which gives to our wines an outstanding balance. Our viticultural approach is in line with the respect of the environment through sustainable agriculture.

The historical activity of the Domaine de Rombeau is the production of wine since 1850. A pioneer in this field in the region, the winery is now reaping the benefits of the work of several generations of winemakers. Experimentation with respect for the terroir has always been a guiding principle in our vineyard philosophy. For over 25 years we have been using sustainable viticulture and, since 2008, over a quarter of our vineyard has been converted to organic farming. In the 6th generation of winemakers, Philippe Raspaud carries on the legacy of the family to the international market.
We are independent winemakers in Roussillon. We produce red, white, rosé and fortified wines from the typical Roussillon grape varieties, in the Cotes du Roussillon Villages, Tautavel, Maury, Rivesaltes appellations. The sustainable management of our vineyard to respect the biodiversity in which our vines grow is validated by the HVE certification.

The Mas de la Devèze is a very old estate located in the Pyrénées Orientales in Tautavel, at the foot of the Corbières. The environment of the domain is very wild, relatively arid and very preserved. We fell in love with this beautiful Corbières region and the Agly Valley with its exceptional terroir and bought Mas de la Devèze in 2012. Our 30 ha of vines are worked according to the principles of sustainable agriculture by successive plowing, and harvested manually in boxes, with the grapes being refrigerated at harvest. The grapes are harvested at full maturity to reveal the entire terroir. We produce a wide range of wines and appellations, straddling the Maury schist and clay-limestone terroirs of Tautavel: Côtes du Roussillon Villages, CRV Tautavel, Maury sec, Maury sweet white and red, and IGP Côtes Catalanes . Powerful and seductive wines, with a lot of freshness.
A family estate established in 2014, our 9-hectare property benefits from exceptional terroir in Fenouillèdes. Half of the vines, some of which are very old, are plowed by horse, and we have carefully selected the entire vineyard to create a spectacular blend of terroirs, giving our wines a strong identity.
Within our vineyards, we have planted hundreds of trees to adapt our production to climatic variations and improve quality year after year, promoting biodiversity and the natural growth of the soil, and consequently, the fruit. Passionate and fulfilled in our work, we favor a minimalist approach: indigenous yeasts, gentle and slow daily punch-downs during fermentation, and aging in old barrels from our family estate in Burgundy. We also produce fortified wines (VDN) and oxidative wines.
