A family estate established for 5 generations in the Southern French Minervois near Carcassonne, Domaine Pujol produces wines that are well known for their elegance and regularity. Currently in our 2nd year on the path towards the official AB organic labellisation, we have implemented methods which respect the environment, the soils, the flora and the fauna in and around the vineyards since decades. Taking care of the trees and bushes around the plots, planting grass betweek the rows to ensure competition in the winter and soil coverage in the late spring, using sexual confusion to avoid the spraying of pesticides... to name a few examples. Our conviction is deeply rooted in our desire for future ! We have also re-defined our whole range as well as designed new labels, and the awards start coming in, so... Come and see us !
