Co-exhibitor of CCI BOURGOGNE FRANCHE-COMTE
Noir family members have passed on the savoir-faire and the passion of wine grower’s trade for two generations. Jean-Yves and Philippe, the two brothers, are at the head of family estate of 11 hectares, located in the heart of Jura vineyards in Poligny. Solicitous about their environment and respectful of their terroir, Noir brothers practice a responsible viticulture every day. The winery is also labeled TERRA VITIS. The five grape varieties grown – Chardonnay and Savagnin in white and Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau in red - make it possible to produce a wide range of AOC Côtes-du-Jura wines. Thanks to the method of vinification by plot and by variety, each of the cuvées expresses the authenticity of the terroir, while combining finesse and aromatic complexity.
