Located at the northern gates of Burgundy, between Paris and Beaune, the estate is located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, with typical terroirs and climates, which allows us to produce unique and incomparable dry white wines. This characteristic minerality of our Chablis wines comes from Chardonnay which draws its strength and delicate freshness from the Kimmeridgian soil that appeared 70 million years ago, when the sea was withdrawn. It left us this kind of soil without: an alternating layer of limestone and clay with fossilized marine organisms. When making our wines, we will respect as much as possible this mineral freshness that we give the marriage of Chardonnay and our terroirs. Since 1893, inspired by the same desire and the same conviction to always do well, several generations of family winegrowers have followed one another and applied themselves with force and determination to working the vines, and producing wines in the pure tradition and authenticity of Burgundy. and Chablis. Owner-harvester from generation to generation, the estate located in the town of Beines near Chablis, welcomes you for a moment of timeless sharing in its picturesque 19th century double vaulted cellar. The new generation, embodied by Stéphanie, combines tradition and modernity within production. It continues to develop and diversify the listings so as to be offered in renowned houses and prestigious palaces tables. The estate is cultivated under the HVE 3 label: minimal use of phytosanitary products (part of the Dephy group: optimization group of the chamber of agriculture) thanks to the tillage and grassing of the plots. The vineyard is more natural, reinvested by many insects, a sign of life and biodiversity.
