Our family winery is located in the Sèvre et Maine appellation, in the heart of the wine producing region of Nantes. As the sixth generation of wine producers, François & Pauline aim to leave our mark on the Ménard-Gaborit Estate, while honoring our family history, our traditions, our region and our Muscadet. We are independent winemakers and produce a wide range of AOC white wines Muscadet, Muscadet Sèvre et Maine and crus but also IGP Val de Loire and sparkling wine Méthode Traditionnelle. We have a deep wish to enable the expression of our terroirs, resulting in an unique identity for each of our wines. All our wines are certified Organic.

A WINERY THAT TRANSCENDS GENERATIONS MUST COMBINE TRADITION AND MODERNITY. WE REGULARLY REEVALUATE OUR PRACTICES TO ADAPT TO THE CHALLENGES OF TOMORROW.

Our distribution is divided between France (in the cellar, directly, via networks of distributors and in HORECA) and the export markets (Europe, North America, Asia ...).
