Experience the passion synonymous with Great Burgundy wines by letting us introduce you to our winery. Producers of Chablis AOC Philippe Millet, a young Beauceron farmer, settles down at Ferme de Marcault in Tonnerre in the mid-60s. In the early-80s, he creates a wine estate when some of the land he cultivates for cereals is available for AOC Petit Chablis. He then plants 9 hectares of Petit Chablis, and acquires vines in AOC Chablis and AOC Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin. In addition to producing exceptional grapes, he decides to vinify and market them. Now that he is retired, it is his son, Baudouin Millet who manages and continues to expand the winery. Baudouin Millet In 1998, as a graduate of École Supérieur de Commerce with experience derived from working for a large French food conglomerate, I arrive at the estate. Today it comprises almost 16 hectares: 9 in AOC Petit Chablis, 4 in AOC Chablis, 1 in Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin, and since 2020, 1.75 in AOC Bourgogne Chardonnay.
