You are probably familiar with “La Baleine” salt brand and la Fleur de Sel de Camargue. But, at Les Salins du Midi, we also produce our own wines, including our iconic Gris de Gris in AOP Sable de Camargue.

Our vines are farmed in Aigues-Mortes, in the heart of the Camargue, on the sandy soils of the coastal dunes, between the sea and the salt marshes. This land is steeped in history: it once supplied the Roman Empire with salt, served as the departure port for Saint Louis’ crusades, and where vineyards on sandy soils have been cultivated since the 7th century.

We carefully craft our wines, always prioritizing quality over quantity, to bring you wines of exceptional finesse and originality. Each cuvée is crafted from a meticulous parcel-by-parcel selection, expressing the richness and authenticity of our terroir through its unique aromas.

Our vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods and covers 20 hectares. Grenache is the predominant grape variety, complemented by Rolle, Syrah and Caladoc.
