Jérémie HUCHET is a winemaker in the Muscadet region. He took over the family estate in 2001 and started the organic conversion in 2010. The estate is splited in four different terroirs: the granit of Château-Thébaud, the two-micas gneiss of Monnières Saint-Fiacre ; the amphibolites-meta gabbro of Goulaine and the granit of Clisson. Jérémie's will is to highlight these different terroirs through the Cuvées of the estate : let the vine express its specificity without too much humain intervention, adapt his work according to the soils and the age of the vines.
