Jérôme and Frédérique Gueneau created the Domaine des Grandes Perrières in 1993 with a plot of 1. 25 hectares. From a very small vineyard, they have gradually expanded to offer different types of wines (flint, old vines. . . ). In 1996, they built their cellar. Then in 2001, they expanded the cellar and built a storage facility and a bottling room. Since then the premises have expanded as the vineyard has developed. 70% of the production is exported and the remaining 30% is shared between restaurants, wine merchants and private individuals. To date, they produce Sancerre, Coteaux du Giennois and Pouilly Fumé spread over about 20 hectares.
