Katie Jones 🇬🇧🇫🇷 and her old vines are based  in the village of Tuchan in rural southern France and make daringly different wines in Katie's boutique winery in a train shed.  Most of the vineyards were planted over 100 years ago with traditional varieties such as Carignan and Grenache but Katie also gives old white varieties, such as grenache gris and macabeu, the retirement they deserve.   Katie will be launching a white blend to partner her award winning AOP Fitou. The 15 hectares are farmed organically and certified by Ecocert.
