It is in the heart of the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire, the “Bailly” winemakers are for 6 generations. Since 2000, Patrice cultivates passionately the 19 hectares of vineyards on the slopes of some of the best Pouilly-sur-Loire where he gets a reputation for wine quality, particularly for its fruity aromas that make the charm of these Pouilly Fumé. The vines aged between 10 and 40 are planted with Sauvignon Blanc on clayey limestone and marl Kiméridgiennes, the land of choice Sauvignon Blanc.
