Located in the village of Bué, a couple of miles from Sancerre, our family estate has been passed down through five generations. The vineyard extends across the Sancerre and Menetou-Salon designations. The estate carries out plot-based selection, all within the 3 specific Sancerre terroirs, where the grapes from each one go through separate wine-making procedures. Each terroir expresses a different character that will make a unique cuvée wine in its own right, such as "Chêne Marchand" or "Le Désert du petit Bannon" for white wine and "Sur le Clou" for red wine. The estate is cultivated using climate-smart integrated methods, certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale).
