Co-exhibitor of DEV'UP CENTRE - VAL DE LOIRE
Winegrowers for 4 generations rooted in Sancerre, we cultivate Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir on an exceptional terroir of flint, limestone, and clay-limestone. Our vineyard covers 35 hectares spread across a mosaic of around 60 parcels in the southeast of Sancerre, along with 6 hectars in Quincy.
Fully aware of the richness and vast geological diversity of our soils, we tend our vines with meticulous care and the utmost respect for the environment: our Sancerre and Quincy wines are certified organic (AB) by Ecocert.
Our wine range includes flagship Loire appellations such as Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Menetou-Salon, Quincy… niche appellations like Châteaumeillant, terroir-driven single-vineyard cuvées such as Sancerre Blanc Pauline (acacia), Sancerre “Cul de Loup,” and “Les Montachins,” as well as great value varietal wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Rosé) classified as Vin de France.
Our work is driven by a passion for growing beautiful grapes (90% of the job) and by our love for superb vineyard parcels — experience does the rest. Our organic approach and certification, nearly inseparable from our parcel-by-parcel philosophy, and the crafting of our wines without sulfites from harvest to the end of aging, all allow us to further reveal the unique personality of each terroir.
Our goal is to express the purest and most sincere form of the terroir. A major selection effort in the vineyard has led to the creation of more sophisticated single-parcel cuvées, such as the renowned “Cul de Loup” and “Les Montachins.”
