Since 1574, 13 generations have succeeded one another at Domaine Dopff Au Moulin, thus perpetuating the tradition of Crémants, Wines, and Grands Crus of Alsace. As a pioneer of Crémant D'Alsace and with vineyards in three Grands Crus—Le Schoenenbourg and Sporen in Riquewihr, as well as Brand in Turckheim—our mindset is reflected in our slogan: "Rooted in our heritage, proud of our wines!"

Committed to the environment, the estate has been HVE certified since 2019, and in 2021, we began our conversion to organic farming. All our grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal quality, resulting in the exceptional wines of Alsace signed by Dopff Au Moulin.
