In the heart of the Haute-Vallée de l'Aude, in the Pyrenees foothills, the Delmas family has been highlighting this outstanding terroir to elaborate vibrant and balanced wines for 4 generations.

It is Baptiste Delmas’ turn to perpetuate this artisanal know-how and this philosophy of life inherited from his father Bernard.

Creation of distinctive wines begins in the vineyard, by respecting the plants. We have been practicing environmentally friendly agriculture since 1986 on our 34 hectares of vines: almost 40 years!

Then, we preserve the full potential of the fruit by hand harvesting, at the optimal time, and sometimes at night to avoid extreme heat.

Finally, Baptiste's skill takes over in the cellar by separating the different nuances of the grapes and providing individual attention to each fraction of the juice. Aging, whether in stainless steel vats or barrels, reveals the full potential of the wines. The art of blending is at the heart of the precision and complexity of our cuvées.
