The Domaine de Noiré was taken over 20 years ago by Odile and Jean-Max MANCEAU. They breathed new life into the property located in Noiré, Chinon (France, Centre Val-de-Loire region). 

Today, the estate covers 18 hectares of AOC Chinon vineyards, planted with Cabernet Franc and Chenin. They are cultivated according to the rules of organic farming and biodynamics. Since 2014, the wines of Domaine de Noiré have been certified organic. 

For the pleasure of epicureans, the estate offers six AOC Chinon red wines made from Cabernet Franc, as well as a rosé. Since 2015, two AOC Chinon Chenin Blanc wines have been added to the estate's range: Noiré Blanc and Amphora, a subtle and delicate wine aged in Italian amphorae.
