Between land and sea... in AOP Côtes de Provence

Our 20ha vineyard is a little corner of paradise rich in biodiversity, in the heart of a nature reserve, in the sunny south of France, close to Saint-Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea.

We are a couple of authentic winemakers who are passionate about our profession and love to share the fruits of our labor. We produce Rosé, White and Red wines, without artifice,  with a perfect balance between richness and freshness.

Respect for our terroir...

We work for sustainable viticulture. Our vineyard has been certified High Environmental Value since 2022.

The work in our vineyards is executed with the greatest respect for our terroir and our environment. “Responsible agriculture” allows us to adapt us to the complexity of our soils. We prefer biocontrol products, having a minor impact on the neighbouring nature.

A style, a signature

We limit the use of products both in the vineyard and in the cellar. This allows us to offer you authentic wines with few sulfites. Our wines stand out for their fine fruit aromas and a very long mineral basis ending with freshness: the Jale signature.

The quality of the wines results from the thoughtful work in the vineyard and the precise work during vinifications.
