An untypical vineyard in the Languedoc! The Domaine Coudoulet is the challenge of a lively family project, crafting creative and elegant wines which we have taken pride in sharing for 8 generations.

Located on the foothills of the Black Mountain in the Minervois region, our vines grow in a clay-limestone soil between 80 to 350 m above sea level. The hillsides are surrounded by garrigue, junipers, thymes, holm oaks, wild lavender, almond and olive trees. Our parcels are tempered by the crisp mountain air.  

Our unwavering commitment to our family's legacy and the Languedocian history are reflected in our three distinct lines of wines.

With a whopping 20 grape varieties, from classic to untypical ones, like Verdejo, Petite Syrah, and Assyrtiko, the winery is a grape lover's paradise. We're experimenting to adapt our vineyard to climate change or simply following our crushes. Time to uncork the beauty of Languedoc!
