The Domaine Champeau is located in the town of Saint-Andelain and has been cultivating its 21 hectares of vines on different types of soil: siliceous clay, flinty clay, small oyster marl and clay-limestone for three generations, from father to son. It was the paternal grandfather Léon Champeau who began operating the winery in 1942, and was later succeeded by his sons René and Christian. Today, Franck and Guy Champeau, two associated cousins, take care of the winery.
