Domaine Céline METZ  is the new generation and also the continuity of the Domaine Hubert METZ. As the 11th generation of the family history, we have the chance to cultivate 10 hectares of vineyard  (certified organic), 2 of which are on the granitic Grand Cru Winzenberg, and to make our wines in the 1728 family cellar.

Our ambition is to work the most naturally as possible, limiting our interventions at the maximum, in order to respect the natural balance of the plant, and of the vine. We prefer long wine agins so that the wines take their time to achieve their final balance. Since 2023, we have worked with biodynamic practices to bring an additional dimension, to express even more the minerality of our terroir.

We make terroir wines, some varietal wines (Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner etc),  pinot noir with character on the granitic hills around the village, very fine Cremants et some new blends.
