Baptiste is the winemaker. He start the 1/04/2010 with a very old family vineyard but stopped the production of wine in 1996. So he had to buy new materials for vineyard and the cellar. At first he had just 2.5 hectars and now, since 2016, he has 9 ! good and fast progression ! He works Chardonnay for withe wine and Pinot Noir for red. He rents the vineyard and works as much as possible with the moon and with reasoned culture. At the begening he produced 7 000 bottles, and now he produces 30 000 / 40 000 bottles.
